The Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, a leadership organization with a following of over 800 Arkansas trial lawyers, named Joey McCutchen as the new vice president for the 2015-2016 session. McCutchen has been an outspoken proponent of the seventh amendment, as he believes a citizen’s right to trial and a jury of peers is an integral part of what makes the American legal system work.

In addition to advocating for citizens’ rights, McCutchen also supports local organizations that promote car safety by holding events during which free car seat inspections, replacements, and presentations are offered. McCutchen champions children’s safety further through his support of the Take 25 program, a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children campaign dedicated to educating parents and children about the dangers of abduction as well as prevention methods.

Pam Cox, a paralegal on the McCutchen Napurano - The Law Firmy team, was also honored by the Association as the winner of the Outstanding Paralegal of the Year title. Cox has served with Joey McCutchen for sixteen years of her thirty spent in the legal field. In a news release, McCutchen praised Cox for her leadership and dedication within the firm, as well as lauding her excellent attitude.
