McCutchen Napurano - The Law Firm has filed an Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (AFOIA) complaint against the Fort Smith School District and the Fort Smith Public Schools Board of Education. In response, the defendants filed a motion to dismiss (MTD) the complaint. The plaintiff, June Bradshaw, disagrees with the MTD and submitted a response through our attorneys.
