Joey McCutchen will hold a press conference today to discuss the lawsuit that he filed this morning against Bost, Inc. on behalf of Timothy Abner, brother of Jimmy Don Abner, a mentally disabled man in the care of Bost, who was found dead due to starvation, dehydration, and infected bed sores in February of this year.

McCutchen stated, “Developmentally disabled folks are the most vulnerable people in society.  A service provider for the mentally disabled like Bost must supervise and train their employees and follow other safety rules to prevent injury and death of those in their care and must never needlessly endanger those people.”

Attached is a copy of the complaint.
