Springdale three-vehicle collision kills two people
Springdale Police Department Lieutenant Derek Wright reported that two people lost their lives in a three-vehicle collision on Sunset Avenue in Springdale, Arkansas on Wednesday, May 11.
The victims were identified as 40-year-old Springdale resident Thomas Hudson and a female minor who was riding with him, Wright said. Three vehicles total were involved in the accident. A person in the second vehicle was injured and taken to a local hospital. No one in the third vehicle was harmed during the incident. The condition of the injuries of the person in the second vehicle are unknown as of now. Sunset Avenue’s eastbound lanes had to be closed to public traffic until police investigators finished their analysis of the accident.
