Several members of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) came together last week to help victims of the Pocahontas flood. Over 150 homes were completely destroyed following the intense storms and flooding in Arkansas and Missouri the first week in May. After the levee on the Black River broke, the situation intensified, and many families needed to evacuate their homes.

Undoubtedly, this event is a tragedy and a time at which the citizens of Arkansas need to band together to help each other recover. The group of members of the ATLA, along with our own Nikki Lester, who participated in this public service event include:

Joey McCutchen – McCutchen Napurano - The Law Firm, Ft. Smith AR
Joe Denton – Denton Law Firm, Conway, AR
Joseph Gates – Paul Byrd Law Firm, Little Rock, AR
Margaret Dobson – Dobson Law Firm, Sheridan AR
Paul Ford – Ford & Cook, Jonesboro, AR
Taylor Chaney – Chaney Law Firm, Arkadelphia, AR
Ryan & Sarah Jewell – Hare & Wynn Law Firm, Fayetteville, AR

We are thankful to have the opportunity to help the families in Pocahontas, many of whom are still displaced. At McCutchen Napurano - The Law Firm, we realize how valuable the Arkansas community is and we encourage you to support your fellow citizens in any way you can.
